Athletics Physicals
Athletic Physicals for the 25-26 school year on May 12th, beginning at 1:00 pm. The cost is $25. Cash or check is acceptable, with checks being made out to Lovelady ISD. Physicals are needed for all incoming athletes who did not receive one last year.
A few things to do to make this go smoothly:

PHYSICAL SIGN UP SHEET FOR MAY 12TH, 2025 WE WILL BE HAVING PHYSICALS FOR ALL ATHLETES THAT DID NOT GET THEIR PHYSICAL LAST YEAR ON MAY 12TH, BEGINNING AT 1 PM. PLEASE HAVE YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY SIDE OF THE UIL PHYSICAL FORM FILLED OUT UPON ARRIVAL. COST IS $25. CASH OR CHECKS MADE TO LOVELADY ISD. - On the day of, they need to have the Medical History side (page 1) of the UIL physical form filled out, which can be found here: https://www.uiltexas.org/files/athletics/forms/PrePhysFormRvsd1_10_20.pdf
