The purpose of this notice is to notify the public of the opportunity to provide comments on the federal grant listed below. 

The TEA Grant:  ESSA Consolidated Federal Grant, 2024-2025

Grant Description:

This grant is a federally funded grant for eligible LEAs.  Lovelady ISD is a district that qualifies for applying for this Federal grant.  Lovelady ISD will be applying for this federal grant. This grant consists of the programs:  Title I, Part A; Title I Part A Neglected & Title I Part D, Subpart 2; Title I Part C Migrant Education; Title II Part A, Title III Part A, English Language Acquisition; Title IV, Part A and Title III, Part A Immigrant Education.  All program funding is to benefit teachers and especially students for extra assistance in academic learning.

Public Comment Period:   June 8 to June 22, 2023

The district will not accept comments via email or fax or after the comment end period. The grant in its entirety may be viewed on the Texas Education Agency website.
