Student Physicals
On May 15th we will be providing the opportunity for students who need a physical to obtain one at the school during the school day.
The cost will be $20 CASH ONLY. All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th graders will need an updated physical, as well as any students who did not receive one last year.
Remember that all students planning to participate in athletics or band must have one prior to the first day of practice.

YOU MUST HAVE THE UIL PHYSICAL FORM WITH MEDICAL HISTORY COMPLETED WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
